Holidays 5 november
A holiday for our military, whose service is closely connected with military intelligence. It doesn’t matter where you served: in an airborne reconnaissance company or in the GRU special forces, in the navy or in the air force. The holiday was established in 2006 by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. November 5 is not a random date. On this day in 1918, the Registration Directorate became part of the Field Headquarters of the Red Army, which was later transformed into the famous GRU of the General Staff.
Over the last century, 58 tsunamis have occurred in the world, depriving hundreds of thousands of people of shelter and life, and destroying the transport and social infrastructure of populated areas. Educational events, which are held annually on November 5, are designed to reduce the likelihood of consequences from natural disasters.
Some compare this large-scale, majestic structure with the symbol of the country. It was on November 5, 1967 that the act was signed that put such a large-scale structure into operation. True, at that time the construction was not yet completely finished, but most of it was completed, which made it possible to begin the full broadcast of video programs and radio programs.
Each photograph is a life frozen for a second, an imprint of the past, without which the present would not exist. Matte and glossy photographs from a family album are imbued with the spirit of warm sadness and nostalgia. They make you nostalgic for a time when the trees were big and grandparents were alive...
